Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who plan to undergo laparoscopic radical resection for colorectal cancer; 2. Regardless of gender, age 60-80 years, ASA grade II-III, respiratory risk assessment (ARISCAT) score >= 26 for Catalan surgical patients; 3. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Radical resection of right colon cancer; 2. Preoperative severe cardiopulmonary disease, such as a history of severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), previous lung surgery, history of bronchial asthma, pulmonary bullae, patients receiving home oxygen therapy; 3. Preoperative oxygen saturation lower than 90%; 4. Decompensated heart disease (NYHA grade 3 or 4); 5. Chronic liver disease; 6. BMI>35kg/m2.
