Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with spastic hemiplegia caused by various etiologies in our hospital who received contralateral C7 nerve cross transfer 2. Hemiplegia with a course of more than 6 months 3. Age 18-65 years old, no gender restrictions 4. The patient was followed up for more than 2 years after surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The surgical history includes other upper extremity functional reconstruction operations, such as selective peripheral neurotomy, selective posterior root neurotomy, etc.; 2. Patients who cannot undergo preoperative fMRI surgery due to various reasons; 3. The patient's personal basic information is incomplete; 4. Recurrence of cerebrovascular events during follow-up.
