Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Practicing doctors on Haodf.com form our study population. We operationalized the inclusion of the doctors into the study with the following criteria: 1.Physicians who provide OMC services on Haodf.com; 2.Physicians whom Haodf.com lists as having expertise in one of the following 11 conditions: Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension, Common Cold, Migraine, Headache, Asthma, Paediatric Diarrhoea, Angina, Lower Back Pain, Gastritis, and Postpartum Depression. ). Those conditions were selected because of feasibility (we have developed and validated USP cases based on those conditions in our prior ACACIA Study), and representativeness (those conditions represent the common conditions observed in Chinese primary care settings). 3.Physicians who have received no less than 3 online patients reviews.
