Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Registered nurses who volunteered for the project.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Alcoholism; (2) Drug abuse; (3) A history of severe personal trauma; (4) Severe physical disease; (5) Being taking psychotropic drugs; (6) Has participated in or is participating in other mindful self-compassion courses; (7) nurses who are not in clinical work for various reasons.
