Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Stroke patients with definite diagnosis; 2) The first onset, the course of disease is more than 3 months; 3) Fugl Meyer motor function score confirmed motor dysfunction; 4) Age 18-70 years old, male or female; 5) No cognitive impairment or communication impairment, with a simple mental state examination (MMSE) of more than 23 points; 6) Able to walk for more than 10 meters independently or with assistive devices.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who have serious systemic diseases such as cardiopulmonary disease and cannot tolerate rehabilitation treatment; 2) Patients with confirmed psychosis, major depression (suicidal tendency) or epilepsy, and family history of psychosis or epilepsy; 3) Besides stroke, he has other neurological diseases such as Parkinson's disease; 4) There are serious systemic diseases such as diabetes and uremia; 5) Any injury or disease of the bone joint system that affects the balance walking function, such as severe joint contracture, recent fracture of trunk or lower limb, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, etc; 6) Suffering from consciousness disorder caused by any reason; 7) According to the safety guidelines, there are contraindications for TMS magnetic stimulation, such as metal foreign bodies or other electronic devices implanted in the body; 8) Hearing or visual defects may affect the assessment and treatment; 9) Use drugs that change the excitability of cerebral cortex (antiepileptic drugs, sedative hypnotic drugs, etc.).
