Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients meeting all of the following criteria will be considered for admission to the trial: 1.Age between 18 to 70 years old 2.Head CT evidence of subarachnoid hemorrhage 3.Patient diagnosed with a definite intracranial aneurysm using CTA, MRA or DSA, which was responsible for the recent subarachnoid hemorrhage 4.No more than 24 hours from onset to admission 5.According to ethics committee requirements, the person responsible for the patient must agree to participate in this trial and sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria 1. Symptom onset compatible with SAH of > 3 days prior to admission 2. Bleeding pattern on CT compatible with a traumatic SAH 3. Drug addiction 4. Chronic renal failure requiring dialysis 5. Severe terminal disease with life expectancy 2.5 times the upper limit of normal (2) Hemoglobin <8.5 g/dl (3) Moderate or severe pitting edema of the feet or legs (IRIS grade 3 or 4) (4) Carotid surgery or carotid stenting procedure scheduled (delay randomization until 2 weeks following procedure)
