Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Definitively diagnosed children with IS; Hospitalization in our hospital and completion of 14 days of ACTH treatment; Complete cessation of spastic episodes at the end of ACTH treatment; 4. Complete an EEG review 2-3 days before the completion of ACTH infusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who adjust antiepileptic drugs during ACTH therapy; Those who adjust antiepileptic drugs after acth therapy is completed or before relapse; Frequency of spastic episodes < 1 time / day; Clinical or re-examination of EEG after ACTH treatment shows that there are still spastic occurrences; EEG data is missing or there is a significant pseudo-difference in the background; Lack of clinical data; Follow-up < 1 year; Recurrence has a clear precipitating cause (e.g., severe infection or trauma).
