Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Grouping criteria: 1) Confirmed by pathology as colon adenocarcinoma or rectal adenocarcinoma (including signet ring cell carcinoma and mucinous adenocarcinoma); 2) According to American AJCC TNM staging standard version 8.0, liver metastasis is confirmed by imaging or pathology, which can be accompanied by distant metastasis of other organs; 3) There are imaging results of efficacy evaluation before initial treatment and every 1.5-2 months after treatment; 4) Paraffin embedded tumor samples and matched peripheral blood samples were included in the study; 5) Pathological report and gene test results of the enrolled patients; 6) The patient's drug treatment plan, dose, adverse reaction level and prognosis; 7) The follow-up information included objective effective rate, disease-free progression time and overall survival; 8) Patients sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1) Lost visit; 2) Patient refuses treatment.
