Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with maxillary hypoplasia; 2. Patients older than 18 years of age; 3. The maxillary advancement is greater than 5mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refused to participate in this study; 2. Patients with bilateral maxillary bone block separation due to cleft palate accompanied by alveolar cleft; 3. Patients with maxilla defects caused by trauma and tumor.
