Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gastric cancer was confirmed by endoscopic biopsy 2. The chance of D2 radical gastrectomy was evaluated before hospital 3. The age is 18-75 years old 4. Patients agreed to join the study and signed informed consent 5. ASA assessment of anesthesia <= level III 6. With physical conditions to participate in sports training, can walk continuously on flat ground more than 200m without rest and then can climb two flights of stairs 7. No mental disease, speech disorder and consciousness disorder, with a certain understanding, communication and reading ability

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Received neoadjuvant chemotherapy before operation 2. Combined with other malignant tumors 3. It is not suitable for sports training, such as bone and muscle diseases, fractures within 6 months 4. There are serious and irreversible organic disease of heart, lung, kidney, severe anemia and other not suitable for pre-rehabilitation project
