Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed as symptomatic DDH, lateral Center Edge (LCE) Angle 10 degree, symptoms more than 6 months; (2) PAO surgery; (3) Only the first procedure and follow-up data were collected from patients undergoing bilateral PAO in stages

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous history of hip surgery; (2) Simultaneous proximal femur osteotomy; (3) Synovial chondromatosis of the hip joint: (4) End-stage osteoarthritis of the hip (Tonnis grade 3); (5) Aged below 18 or >50;
