60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 60 to 80 years 2. Permanent residents at local communities 3. Education level of junior high school or above 4. At risk of having cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases 5. In addition to the cardiovascular disease risk, processing at least 2 risk factors: obesity, low level of physical activity, excessive alcohol consumption, current smoking, depressive/anxiety symptoms, psychological stress, loneliness/social isolation, and chronic metabolic diseases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to participate in intervention activities due to limited physical functions; 2. Cognitive impairment; 3. Severe symptoms of negative emotions 4. At the acute stage of cardiovascular disease; 5. Refuse to sign the consent form
