Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the criteria of short-term insomnia disorder according to the 5th edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DMS-5); 2. 18 to 60 years old; 3. The study protocol can be understood and followed; 4. Written informed consent can be provided online; 5. Have and know how to use intelligent terminals (e.g. smartphones, tablets, computers, etc.).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A current diagnosis of any other unhealed physical disorders, mental disorders or sleep disorders ; 2. Current psychological treatment with insomnia disorder; 3. Rotating shift-work, night work or frequent cross-time zone fliers (e.g.,international flight crew); 4. Polysomnography(PSG) revealed sleep apnea syndrome (Apnea-Hypopnea Index[AHI] >= 15 beats/hour) or periodic limb movement disorder (Periodic Limb Movement Index[PLMI] >= 15 times/hour).
