Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 50-75 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee OA proposed by the Joint Surgery Group of the Orthopaedic Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2018; 3. X-ray examination conforms to K-L grades I to III; 4. BMI: greater than 18kg/m2 and less than 30kg/m2; 5. Hemoglobin level is higher than 110g/L, platelet count is greater than 150*10^9/L; 6. Conservative treatment with drugs and rest for 3 months is ineffective; 7. Entry The group did not take drugs and other treatment methods within the first 8 weeks; 8. Volunteered to participate in the research of this subject and cooperated with the follow-up review; 9. All agreed to sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with knee joint tuberculosis, infection, etc.; 2. Significant joint space narrowing and bony ankylosis; 3. Sequelae of polio; 4. Traumatic knee joint OA; 5. Combined with severe complications, etc.; 6. Blood-related diseases; 7. Tumor-related diseases; 8. Patients with mental disorders who cannot cooperate with treatment.
