20 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age at the time of oocyte retrieval between 20 and 40 years; 2. Having single frozen-thawed blastocyst transfer in HRT cycles; 3. Both husband and wife fully understand and voluntarily participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Recurrent spontaneous abortion; 2. Recurrent implantation failure; 3. Endometrial thickness on the day of progesterone administration =1.5 ng/ml; 5. Oocyte or sperm donor; 6. Uterine abnormalities and intrauterine adhesion; 7. GnRH agonist pre-treatment; 8. Women were also excluded if they had conditions associated with adverse pregnancy outcomes, such as hypertension and diabetes mellitus; 9. Core data missing.
