Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Disabled eldly people who need rehabilitation in medical and nursing institutions; 2. Be conscious with cognitive ability (AMT >= 6 ), capable of daily verbal communication; 3. Disabled eldly people who are 60 years old or more than that; 4. Disabled eldly people who volunteere to participate in the survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by serious heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases; 2. Critically ill patients whose vital signs are not stable.
