Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. DS children performing TTE under sedation; 2. Male or female; 3. ASA grade I-?.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent history of upper respiratory infections; 2. DS syndrome with atrioventricular block.
