Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: If the subject’s number of retrieved oocytes is = 14, cIVF insemination will be used (Study 1). If the subject’s number of retrieved oocytes is > 14, half of the oocytes will undergo cIVF insemination and the other half ICSI insemination (final enrollment status will be based on actual conditions) (Study 2). Other inclusion criteria are as follows: 1.Female age between 20 and 40 years inclusive; 2.One partner is a carrier of a chromosomal balanced translocation, Robertsonian translocation, or inherited inversion; 3.Male partner has normal sperm parameters according to WHO 2021 criteria; 4.Consent to single blastocyst frozen embryo transfer.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.On the day of oocyte retrieval, the male partner's semen parameters meet the criteria for ICSI; 2.Endometrial thickness < 7 mm; 3.Severe uterine factors affecting clinical outcomes: reproductive tract or uterine malformations, untreated hydrosalpinx, etc.; 4.Patients requiring concurrent PGT-M; 5.Use of donor sperm/oocytes or frozen sperm/oocytes.
