Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The subjects were patients who underwent colonoscopy in the digestive endoscopy center of each hospital. 1. Aged 18-70 years, no limit for men and women; 2. Sign the informed consent form (ICF) voluntarily after being informed; 3. There is enough time to participate in the whole study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Bad habits in the past, such as alcoholism, drug abuse, etc.; 2. Previous serious central cerebrovascular disease: cardiac function grade is greater than grade I or is not suitable for research and treatment; 3. Previously suffered from serious endocrine and metabolic system diseases; 4. Previously suffered from serious nervous system diseases; 5. Previous serious autoimmune and hematological diseases; 6. Within the past 30 days or during this trial, volunteers have plans to participate in other drug research or clinical research of medical devices; 7. Other situations that are not suitable for colonoscopy, such as coagulation dysfunction, anesthesia intolerance, etc.; 8. The researcher believes that it is not suitable to participate in the study.
