Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients enrolled in China Children's Leukemia Group (CCLG)-ALL2018 study; 2. Patients who were not in remission after induction therapy, or who have persistently positive MRD after treatment, or whose MRD turned negative and then turned positive again, or who have morphological relapse.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Mature B, acute mixed leukemia; 2. ALL secondary to immunodeficiency disease; 3. Secondary tumor; 4. Blastic phase of CML; 5. ALL with Down's syndrom; 6. Patients who fail to receive systematic chemotherapy according to the protocol; 7. Patients who use any antineoplastic therapy (chemotherapy or radiotherapy) within 2 weeks before enrollment, except for those who receive single intrathecal injection, low-dose glucocorticosteroids, hydroxyurea or low-dose pretreatment chemotherapy.
