Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years; 2. ASA class I-III; 3. Patients undergoing elective abdominal surgery under general anesthesia who need radial artery catheterization to directly measure arterial pressure and monitor cardiac output.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative hypertension is not well controlled (average blood pressure measured in the ward within one week before operation is >= 160/90 mmhg); 2. Patients with primary aldosteronism, pheochromocytoma or other endocrine tumors; 3. A history of cardiac insufficiency, and the left ventricular ejection fraction (EF) < 50% in preoperative echocardiography; 4. Pacemaker implantation; 5. Patients with persistent atrial fibrillation; 6. A history of peripheral arterial disease; 7. Uremia requires hemodialysis; 8. Compound epidural anesthesia or other nerve block before general anesthesia induction; 9. Patients need to change from supine position to lateral or prone position after induction of general anesthesia; 10. Patients who are expected to have difficulty in endotracheal intubation; 11. Emergency operation; 12. Patients refuse to participate in the study.
