Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years; 2. In accordance with the relevant diagnostic criteria for CHB in the 2019 edition of the Chronic Hepatitis B Prevention and Treatment Guidelines; 3. The person who signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious primary diseases of heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 2. Patients with mental or cognitive dysfunction who are unable to cooperate with treatment; 3. Other malignant tumors; 4. HCV, autoimmune liver disease, alcoholic liver disease, drug-induced liver injury; 5. Allergic to the drugs used in the study; 6. Death during treatment; pregnant or lactating women, etc.
