Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been diagnosed with primary glaucoma; 2. Aged 18-60 years; 3. Indoor work, static work, non-manual labor; 4. Previous ophthalmic examination items within 1 year can be provided, including corrected visual acuity, intraocular pressure, macular OCT scan, retinal nerve fiber layer OCT scan, Humphrey central field of vision; 5. Visual standard: Visual acuity with light perception to corrected visual acuity 1.0; 6. Visual field standard: Visual field defect involving the upper and lower hemisphere of the visual field or 5 degree fixation; 7. IOP standard: IOP measured twice or more in recent 2 months with iOP range of 12-21 mmHg, and IOP range of 12-21 mmHg confirmed by applanation tonometry; 8. Treatment criteria: Patients who have undergone surgery or laser therapy still need to apply anti-glaucoma eye drops after surgery, and continue to use the maximum amount of anti-glaucoma eye drops that can be tolerated for 2 months or more. Due to the limited ocular conditions, the risk of surgery is very high, and the second operation or laser treatment is not possible; the maximum amount of anti-glaucoma eye drops that can be tolerated can be used continuously for 2 months or more.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who received surgery or laser treatment within the last 1 month; 2. Patients who plan to receive surgery or laser treatment within the last 1 month; 3. Secondary glaucoma, such as neovascular glaucoma, medicine related glaucoma, traumatic glaucoma; 4. Patients with macular anterior membrane, macular hole, retinal vascular obstructive disease, diabetic retinopathy, hypertensive retinopathy, high myopia retinopathy and other organic eye diseases; 5. Patients with optic neuritis, retrobulbous optic neuritis, ischemic optic neuropathy; 6. Contraindications for brain MRI examination: such as metal implants and pacemakers; 7. Unable to complete Valsalva maneuver; 8. Hypertension, diabetes, rheumatic immune diseases and other diseases that may affect autonomic nervous function of the system; 9. Taking medications that affect autonomic nervous system function; 10. Patients suffer from anxiety or depression and medicine treatment is required.
