Cerebral infarction meets the 2014 diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke, and the cerebral hemorrhage meets the 2014 diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage; 3. The lesion is located under the cortex, confirmed by CT or MRI; 4. Aged 18-85 years; 5. Unilateral limb hemiplegia, Brunnstrom hand = 24 points; 8. Vital signs are stable, no serious complications; 9. Informed consent signed by the patient or his immediate family member.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is a metal foreign body built into the head; 2. The person with a pacemaker; 3. The person with a cardiac stent; 4. The person with a cochlear implant; 5. The person with significantly increased intracranial pressure. Before TMS assessment/intervention, it is necessary to ensure that there are no metal parts inside the skull, and metal objects such as metal glasses, metal earrings, etc., of the head accessories must be removed; 6. Obvious speech, attention, hearing, vision (lateral neglect, hemianopia, etc.), intellectual, mental or cognitive dysfunction; 7.
