Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification I-III; 2. Acute pancreatitis was diagnosed by the 2012 revised Atlanta classification criteria; Acute abdominal pain, elevation of serum amylase or serum lipase greater than three times normal, enhanced CT imaging features; 3. Aged >= 18 years; 4. Voluntarily participate in this experiment and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications of epidural anesthesia (skin infection in the vertebral body area, coagulation disorder, iodine allergy); 2. Acute pancreatitis during pregnancy; 3. Patients who cannot obtain consent and participate in another clinical trial at the same time; 4. Under normal circumstances, duodenoscopy is not allowed; 5. Those who need emergency surgery due to other diseases; 6. There is a history of ERCP surgery.
