Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Ptients with ASA I-II grade, aged 20-50 years, underwent hysteroscopic surgery in grade IV.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as hypertension and hemodynamic instability; 2. Thyroid disease; 3. Emergency patients; 4. Acute and chronic renal function damage (abnormal creatinine and urea nitrogen); 5. patients with liver function damage; (alanine transaminase > 200 or asparate transaminase abnormal); 6. Obesity (BMI > 30 kg/m2); 7. History of severe sleep apnea syndrome, (AHI > 40); 8. History of special allergies; 9. Autonomic nerve disease, psychological disorder and abnormal mental condition; 10. Patients with asthma, pulmonary fibrosis, atelectasis, lymphangitis, or interstitial lung disease; 11. Patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome; 12. Patients with severe active infection; 13. A history of alcohol abuse and specific drug use.
