Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of gastric cancer by gastroscopic biopsy; 2. There is a chance of radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer in prehospital assessment; 3. No serious cardiopulmonary diseases before surgery, such as asthma, heart failure, myocardial infarction, etc.; 4. No mental illness, speech disorder and consciousness disorder, with certain understanding, communication and reading ability; 5. The patients agreed to join the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy was performed; 2. Complicated with other malignant tumors; 3. Preoperative pneumonia, active pulmonary tuberculosis, pulmonary infarction, etc.; 4. previous history of lung surgery.
