Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65-85 years; 2. ASA (American Association of anesthesiologists) grades are I-II; 3. Patients and their families knew the purpose of this study and voluntarily signed written informed consent; 4. This study was approved by the ethics committee of our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of adverse anesthesia; 2. Combined with bradycardia or other serious cardiovascular diseases; 3. Combined with serious injuries or disorders of important organs such as the lung, brain, liver, and kidney; 4. Combined with serious psychiatric system diseases; 5. History of drug addiction or other drug abuse.
