30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It met the diagnostic criteria of stroke and was confirmed by head CT and MRI; 2. The duration of the disease ranges from 3 months to1 year, aged 30-80 years; 3. No cognitive impairment before onset,no aphasia before and after onset,can cooperate with various examinations and sign informed consent; 4. Moca score 17-26 (mild cognitive impairment); 5. Brunnstrom stages are greater than or equal to 4 and can perform active treadmill exercise.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute myocardial infarction,tachyarrhymia, uncontrolled hypertension, moderate to severe aortic stenosis; 2. Severe osteoporsis; 3. Had a history of cancer; 4. There are medications associated with cognitive improvement.
