Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis and the criteria for cold-dampness obstruction syndrome; 2. Aged over 50 years, gender is not limited; 3. At least one of the five items of the WOMAC scale pain score at the time of enrollment was 40 points or above; 4. Those who are willing to be the subjects, and who can accept the test drugs and guarantee the completion of the course of treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 2. Those with allergic constitution or allergic to multiple drugs; 3. mentally ill or senile dementia patients; 4. Those who do not cooperate with the treatment and are not treated according to the prescribed plan; 5. Patients with local skin damage or skin disease; 6. Those with abnormal skin temperature sensation; 7. Those who are participating in clinical trials of other drugs or have participated in other clinical trials within three months.
