Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic low back pain such as fibromyalgia syndrome, ankylosing spondylitis, lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis, lumbar muscle strain, and non-specific low back pain; 3. Comply with the syndrome standards of "Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Terminology of Traditional Chinese Medicine Part 2: Syndrome" (National Standard No.: GB/T 16751.2-2021) for the syndrome of cold-dampness invading the waist and kidney-deficiency-cold-dampness syndrome; 4. The NRS score is above 4; 5. Informed consent and signed the corresponding informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 2. Those with severe liver, kidney, and pulmonary dysfunction; 3. Those with mental disorders who cannot cooperate with treatment; 4. Allergies and insensitivity to temperature; 5. Those with local skin damage that cannot cooperate with the treatment; 6. Those who have obvious indications for surgery and are not suitable for conservative treatment; 7. Those included in the study who received other treatments and it is difficult to evaluate the curative effect.
