18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-55 years; 2. Diagnosed as osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH); 3. ARCO stage of ONFH at or below 3A stage; 4. Able to act autonomously and were willing to follow the study instructions and complete the follow-up; 5. Willing to sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Corticosteroids dosage (equivalent dose of prednisone) > 10 mg/day; 2. Active rheumatic immune disease period; 3. Prior surgical history of the hip; 4. ASA grade 3 or above; 5. History of malignant tumor; 6. Other reasons that the researcher considers inappropriate for this study.
