Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient had clinical manifestations related to CSVD, and the imaging manifestations met the diagnostic criteria of CSVD; 2. Informed consent and informed consent were signed by patients and their families

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with terminal diseases; 2. Patients diagnosed with mental illness; 3. Patients who have participated in other clinical trials in recent 3 months.
