18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy college students aged 18-30 years; 2. Those who cannot maintain a pressure between 40+/-10 mmHg when performing the bilateral lower extremity sliding (BLES) test using PBU; 3. Without history of low back pain; 4. Participants in healthy condition; 5. Body mass index range of 15.0-25.0 kg/m2; 6. Maintain normal diet and living habits during training; 7. Without diseases and sports injuries appear during the entire test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With history of major diseases; 2. Participants who cannot complete the test; 3. Participants who cannot complete the prescribed actions as required.
