18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed as chronic low back pain, pain and discomfort in the area below the rib margin, above the hip striation and between the median axillary lines on both sides, with or without thigh referral pain, the course of the disease exceeds 12 weeks; 2. Aged 18-30 years; 3. Willing to accept relevant evaluation and treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined lumbar tumors, tuberculosis, fractures, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoporosis, lumbar spinal stenosis, or lumbar spondylolisthesis; 2. With severe heart, lung, and kidney dysfunction, or mental patients; 3. With history of surgery on the lumbar spine, pelvis and lower limbs; 4. MRI or CT examination to show abnormalities of the lumbar spine and paravertebral tissues; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. With severe pain [Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) >= 7]; 7. Participant who is intolerable; 8. Poor compliance and unwillingness to cooperate with rehabilitation training.
