18 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-79 years, and the gender is not limited; 2. Pathologically confirmed pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma; 3. Received radical surgery within 3 to 12 weeks before randomization (R0/R1); 4. ECOG performance status score of 0-1; 5. Patients or their families can understand the research protocol and are willing to participate in this research, and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other malignant tumors; 2. The nature of the operation is palliative; 3. Received neoadjuvant therapy for pancreatic cancer; 4. Patients who cannot undergo chemotherapy due to various reasons (such as poor physical status, serious complications).
