18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntary signing of informed consent; 2. Age >= 18 years old; 3. Patients who have indications for ECMO support and need ECMO support according to the judgment of clinicians.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or lactation; 2. Advanced tumor patients; 3. Solid organ or bone marrow transplant recipients; 4. Suffering from autoimmune diseases or immunodeficiency; 5. Receiving cytokine or cytokine inhibition therapy; 6. Patients receiving long-term hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis; 7. Patients with SIRS caused by other reasons; 8. Patients who died within 24 hours.
