Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preeclampsia and Normal pregnant women; 2. Singleton pregnancy; 3. Aged>= 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Atherosclerosis; 2. Severe infection; 3. Various types of shock; 4. Diabetes mellitus(Gestational diabetes mellitus and Prepregnancy diabetes).
