Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preterm infants with gestational age <32 weeks; 2. Invasive mechanical ventilation within 1 week after birth; 3. Parents signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Died or gave up treatment before weaning and was automatically discharged; 2. The family members refused to continue invasive mechanical ventilation without reaching the indication for weaning; 3. Complicated congenital heart disease, genetic metabolic disease, severe congenital malformation; 4. Clinical data are missing.
