Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Persons who meet the indications for artificial insemination ; 2. Intrauterine insemination (IUI) ; 3. One IUI cycle insemination twice ; 4. Hysterosalpingography showed that at least one side of the fallopian tube was unobstructed without pelvic adhesion; 5. Informed and volunteered to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Artificial insemination by donor; 2. patients with moderate to severe endometriosis and abnormal reproductive system anatomy; 3. patients with other systemic diseases and infections; 4. those whose actual bedtime did not meet the specified requirements; 5. Patients who were participating in other clinical studies.
