Ultrasound Group:Ultrasound guided lung recruitment
Control Group:conventional lung recruitment manoeuvres(manual inflation with a pressure of 30 cmH2O for 10 s.)

18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who sign informed consent and are willing to complete the study according to the protocol; 2. Older than 18 years old; 3. ASA grade I or II; 4. Elective surgery; 5. General anesthesia; 6. Endotracheal intubation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous chronic lung disease; 2. History of previous lung surgery; 3. There is a risk of backflow aspiration; 4. Awake tracheal intubation is proposed for difficult airway; 5. Facial or thoracic deformity; 6. Implants in the body, such as pacemakers.
