Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Health examinees aged 18-60 years were willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who had previous basic diseases, injuries or operations in nose and pharynx, obvious diseases or operations in 2. the esophagus and gastrointestinal tract, 3. those who could not cooperate (mental abnormality, disturbance of consciousness, mental retardation); 4. Patients on PPI and H 2 blockers for three weeks; 5. patients with acid reflux. patients with other conditions that do not tolerate this test
