Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study intends to select adult patients diagnosed by CT with non-small cell lung cancer to undergo elective thoracoscopic lobotomy with OLV, and to recruit patients who meet the following inclusion criteria: 1. age 18 to 65 years; 2. ASA status I-II; 3. BMI 18.5-25 kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. severe impairment of renal function and heart function (New York Heart Association Class III-IV); 2. Preoperative abnormal lung function (1 s forced expiratory volume 38?); 4. Preoperative acid-base or electrolyte imbalance; 5. Frequent intraoperative arrhythmias; 6. OLV time < 60 minutes; 7. Patients who use cigarettes or antioxidants.
