Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Married women, age >= 22 and = 1 high-quality embryos that planned to be treated with FET and had transplantable cryopreserved blastocysts or the number of cells on day 3 was >= 6 cells 5. Voluntary test, and signed informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who receive donor eggs or sperm 2. Other endocrine diseases such as thyroid disease, hyperprolactinemia, insulin resistance, diabetes mellitus, adrenal diseases, etc 3. Combined with uterine lesions that may affect implantation (including uterine malformation, uterine tuberculosis, intrauterine adhesion, submucosal fibroids, endometriosis, adenomyosis, intramural myomas > 4cm) 4. With internal medicine, surgery, psychiatric and other serious primary diseases, acute infectious diseases, body organic diseases, tumor diseases 5. Chromosomal abnormalities in one or both spouses (except chromosomal polymorphism) 6. People with a history of needle-sickness Patients with any of the above conditions will not be included.
