S:The patient is intubated first and then turned over to lateral decubitus position

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients during 18 to 75 years of age; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class ?~?; 3. schedule for surgery in the lateral decubitus position under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation; 4. The mouth opening, the distance between nail and chin, and the range of motion of head and neck are all within normal limits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with body mass index greater than 30kg/m^2; 2. limited neck movement; 3. mouth opening < 3cm; 4. Mallampati grade 3-4; 5. requiring double-luminal endotracheal intubation.
