Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 16-45 years old; 2. Patients with ACL injury confirmed by imaging, Lachman test and Pivot shift test; 3. Patient with patellar instability confirmed by imaging, clinical physical examination and knee arthroscopy; 4. Femoral and tibial epiphyses are closed; 5. Volunteer to participate in the research and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other multiple ligament injuries caused by severe trauma (combined with posterior cruciate ligament injury, posterolateral structural injury and medial collateral ligament injury of degree II or higher); 2. Patellar dislocation had occurred prior to ACL injury on the affected side; 3. Combined with tibial plateau fracture, severe cartilage damage and osteoarthritis,and bilateral ACL injury or contralateral knee dysfunction;; 4. Past surgery history of the knee joint (ipsilateral and contralateral); 5. Combined with other system diseases, such as malignant tumors, blood system, rheumatism and endocrine and metabolic diseases; 6. Pregnant and lactating women; 7. History of drug and alcohol abuse, cognitive dysfunction and history of mental illness; 8. Other situations that cannot cooperate with postoperative medication and rehabilitation and completion of follow-up; 9. Participated in other clinical trials within the last 3 months.
