Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age:18 to 80 years; 2. ASA: I-III; 3. plan to perform selective three hole laparoscopic renal cyst decompression; 4. Those who have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of hypertension and diabetes may involve kidneys; 2. Liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Abnormal coagulation function; 4. Local anesthetic allergy history; 5. Recent use of antipsychotics, alcoholism or substance abuse; 6. Infection at the puncture point; 7. history of chronic pain and recent use of analgesics; 8. Do not cooperate or cannot understand the VAS score.
