Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for LDH and abnormal lower extremity alignment; 2. Age >= 18 years and = 3 months, both sexes; 3. No treatment for lumbar disc herniation within 1 week before enrollment; 4. Those who understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious cardio-cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and other serious life-threatening primary diseases and mental patients; 2. Pregnant and lactating women, cancer patients, lumbar tuberculosis with severe infection, history of severe lumbar trauma and lumbar surgery; 3. Patients diagnosed as disc prolapse or cauda equina nerve compression by imaging; 4. Patients with abnormal lower extremity line caused by hip, knee, ankle and other diseases were excluded; 5. It is not suitable for patients who receive massage treatment, such as severe skin injury, acne, acute allergy, capillary rupture and so on.
