Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. age >= 65 years 2. hip fracture 3. choose surgical treatment 4. the NRS-2002 score >= 3 and the MNA-SF score <=11 5. Informed consent is signed by all study participants
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. aphagosis; 2. present to hospital > 48 hours after the injury; 3. pathological fracture; 4. multiplefractures or opened fracture; 5. long-term bedridden before the injury; 6. diagnosed as pressure sores, infection or venous thromboembolism at admission; 7. dementia; 8. in the presence of serious health problems, such as chronic heart failure (NYHA >= class 2 ), chronic kidney failure (CKD4, CKD5), cirrhosis, chronic lung diseases, tumors, chronic pancreatitis, crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis; 9. received oral nutritional supplements before the injury; 10. unable to complete follow-up examination.
