18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-75 year old, any gender; 2. Requiring outpatient colonoscopy; 3. Able to sign or provide informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of surgery for esophagus, stomach, duodenum, small intestine or colorectal cancer; 2. Gastroparesis or pyloric obstruction; 3. Serious mental illness; 4. Severe chronic renal failure (creatinine clearance rate 100ml / D); 7. Toxic colitis or megacolon; 8. Poor control of hypertension (systolic blood pressure > 180 mmHg and / or diastolic blood pressure > 100 mmHg).
